Kevin Hunter
Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Innovation
Kevin Hunter is a pioneering product visionary with 20+ years of entrepreneurial leadership in global strategy, business development and product leadership. As Catalina’s Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Innovation, Kevin leads sales, strategic partnerships, commercialization and product innovation, and is responsible for all of Catalina’s U.S. revenue and driving growth across all of Catalina’s verticals.

Marta Cyhan
Chief Marketing Officer
Marta Cyhan has been driving value creation for companies throughout her 20+ year marketing career. As Catalina’s Chief Marketing Officer, Marta is responsible for evolving Catalina’s brand and bringing to life Catalina’s value proposition as it continues to expand its capabilities and services.

Bob Reich
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Bob brings more than 25 years of business and financial management expertise to his role as Catalina’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for leading worldwide financial functions, strategy and corporate development.

David Glogoff
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
As Catalina’s Chief Legal Officer, David blends legal and business acumen to balance risk management with the company’s global growth strategy. He serves as a strategic adviser on domestic and international matters across all of Catalina’s operating markets.

Chief Data and Analytics Officer
Wes Chaar is an established expert and leading thinker in the fields of Analytics and Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Fusion fields.

Michael Bailey
Chief Technology Officer
As Catalina’s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Bailey’s mission is to extend Catalina’s technology capabilities to unlock new product capabilities. His primary focus is on enhancing and scaling the company’s computing power and data security, as well as optimizing performance of all Catalina’s data and analytics solutions, from personalization and consumer choice modeling to revenue management and multi touch attribution.

Marshall Stanton
EVP, Global Operations
Marshall is directly accountable for Catalina’s worldwide service delivery and customer experience. He oversees a diverse, talented workforce of nearly 400 employees across the U.S., Europe, and Japan who are responsible for delivering tens-of-billions of highly-targeted consumer offers that drive more than $750 billion in purchase value annually.

William Faivre
President, Europe
William is President of Catalina International, responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Catalina’s current international business and expansion efforts.

Brett Wayn
President & CEO, Japan
Brett is responsible for all aspects of Catalina’s Japan business, from strategy, innovation and operations, to partnerships and relationships with retailers and brands. His mission is to lead a diverse, and talented team of sales and marketing experts, data scientists and analysts, product engineering and infrastructure specialists to ensure that Catalina Japan is the very best partner for our customers.
