Ariana Voigt
Ariana Voigt brings more than 20 years of legal experience and intellectual property (IP) expertise to her role, as well as deep knowledge and commitment to ensuring the privacy of the data entrusted to Catalina. Ariana oversees all intellectual property matters and provides legal support for our Global Security and Privacy group, including our compliance efforts around GDPR and CCPA. She also provides guidance to the Digital Advertising team and advises on business development and partnership contracting.
Prior to joining Catalina in 2016, Ariana was Assistant General Counsel and IP counsel for Health Care Service Corporation, the largest customer-owned health insurer in the U.S., operating through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, where she handled all intellectual property matters, including transactional, enforcement, litigation defense and contracting, and supported the company’s Government Relations division.
Previously, Ariana was a partner in the IP group at Michael Best & Friedrich. She began her career as an associate at McDermott Will & Emery after graduating from the University of Wisconsin School of Law. She earned a B.A. from Southwestern University.
