Simon joined Catalina in 2023 and brings 25 years of industry experience, including 20 years with leading global retailers such as Tesco and Dixons Stores Group in commercial leadership roles.

A retailer by trade, Simon has deep experience operating at the heart of the retailer–supplier relationship, working closely with many of the world’s leading CPG brands to drive joint growth, strengthen category performance, and deliver sustainable commercial results. His background in buying and commercial leadership has given him a sharp understanding of margin, customer strategy, and the dynamics that underpin successful partnerships.

He is known for building high-performing teams, shaping customer-led strategies, and developing strategic partnerships that create long-term value for both retailers and brands. In the UK, Simon is focused on expanding Catalina’s market presence and capabilities, strengthening client relationships, and evolving the operation to support sustainable future growth.

A keen sports enthusiast with a particular love of football, Simon enjoys cooking, exploring wine, and travelling with his twin boys whenever possible.
