Michael Bailey

As Catalina’s Chief Technology Officer, Michael Bailey’s mission is to extend Catalina’s technology capabilities to unlock new product capabilities. His primary focus is on enhancing and scaling the company’s computing power and data security, as well as optimizing performance of all Catalina’s data and analytics solutions, from personalization and consumer choice modeling to revenue management and multi touch attribution.

With more than three decades of experience, Michael is a skilled business operator and Six Sigma Black Belt who has served as Chief Technology Officer for Diversified Foodservice Supply, Chief Information Officer for Sygen International and PeoplePC, and VP, Technology for Staples.

At those companies, Michael developed his passion for large-scale-scale system consolidations and business transformations. In the process, he has led global acquisitions and integrations with differentiating technologies across brands, business units and industries including, promotional marketing, retail, maritime shipping, biotech, Internet provisioning, office products, print management, restaurant and commercial kitchen supplies, equipment and parts, among others.

A Colorado native, Michael earned his BS in Computer Science at University of Wyoming and received his Six-Sigma Black Belt from ASQ.
