Marshall Stanton

As Catalina’s Chief Business Officer, Marshall is accountable for Catalina’s worldwide operating performance, revenue delivery and customer experience. He oversees a diverse, talented team of nearly 300 employees across the U.S., Europe, and Costa Rica who are responsible for delivering highly targeted offers to shoppers accounting for more than $6 billion in meaningful value annually, while driving sales lift and loyalty for retailers and brands.

Previously, Marshall served as Catalina’s EVP, Global Operations, where he oversaw customer campaign management and the company’s unique in-store and digital marketing channels. His journey with Catalina began in 2016, enriched by an extensive 20-year background in general management, operations, product leadership, and marketing.

As SVP, Client Services and Operations for Aimia, Marshall spearheaded the Customer Loyalty organization within the U.S., guiding the Customer Loyalty team in assisting consumer-facing brands to forge stronger customer relationships by harnessing cutting-edge technology platforms, analytics insight, and honing their customer experience acumen across several industry verticals.

During his tenure at Experian Marketing Services (LON: EXPN), Marshall led the cross-channel marketing business as VP of Planning and Operations. Subsequently, as the VP of Client Management and Delivery, he led all client-facing functions for the Data Management Services division.

Marshall also held a variety of operations and technology leadership roles at The Nielsen Company, including VP of Delivery Services for the North American Consumer business unit, working closely with global consumer products companies and retailers. He also led the turnaround initiative of Nielsen’s North American Media business unit as VP of Strategic Program Management, and held a variety of leadership positions in Nielsen’s client operations and data management functions.

Earlier in his career, Marshall held leadership roles at publicly traded industry leading companies and successfully launched and exited a series of start-up technology companies.

Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has also studied global leadership and management at both the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU) – Otto Beisheim School of Management, as well as artificial intelligence at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management and Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. He is a lifetime member of Mensa International, having joined the organization in 2001, and a Board Member of the Catalina Marketing Charitable Foundation.
