Joy Linsday serves as the Executive Vice President, People and Culture for Catalina. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Joy is responsible for leading Catalina’s overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, total rewards, HR operations, and employee relations.
Throughout her career, Joy has focused on building People and Culture strategies that bring out the best in organizations and talent. Having recently returned to Florida, Joy joined Catalina from Minnesota-based Liberty Diversified International, a privately held global manufacturing organization where she served as the Head of Human Resources. Her experience spans public and private companies including senior HR leadership positions at Carlson Companies, UnitedHealth Group, and Ameriprise Financial.
Joy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the University of South Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tampa. She holds a designation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has served on several non-profit boards focused on youth education and entrepreneurship.
Joy and her husband, Kevin, have a beautifully blended family consisting of four children - two in college and two in online high school, and three dogs that make regular appearances on video when working from home. Joy loves yoga, trying new recipes, and taking in live music whenever possible.
