President, Catalina U.S.
Todd is responsible for Catalina’s U.S. business, including strategy, innovation, client relationships and business growth.
Since joining Catalina in 2001, he has brought his deep knowledge of the CPG marketplace – and passion for creating solutions to drive lift and loyalty for clients – to a variety of cross-functional roles, including leadership of the U.S. go-to-market organization, marketing, mobile acquisition and integration, and corporate development.
As head of marketing and mobile, Todd drove the company’s transformation from a grocery channel coupon company to an omni-channel digital media platform. Simultaneously, as head of corporate development, he initiated strategic alliances to drive innovation and growth, culminating in the successful sale of the company to Berkshire Partners in April 2014.
Previously, Todd spent a decade leading the company’s U.S. go-to-market organization for CPG retailers and brands.
Each year, Todd officially recommits himself to his work at Catalina, bringing fresh ideas and energy to unleashing the company’s unparalleled ability to translate shopper data into personalized media at mass scale (280 million U.S. shoppers each month) to help CPG clients transform the consumer experience.
Before joining Catalina, he piloted RealMed, the pioneer of e-health commerce, from concept through commercialization, ultimately winning Microsoft’s top new health product of the year. As a P&G veteran, Todd once led product and marketing innovation for Tide and Cascade. He graduated from the Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
He and his wife, Kristen, reside in Tampa, Florida.
