Ray Lewis

EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer

Ray is Catalina’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for leading the global human resources team.

Ray is focused on building a highly engaged employee workforce through the introduction of contemporary approaches to benefits, performance management, talent development and retention, succession planning, organizational development and talent acquisition.

Bringing 20 years of HR expertise to Catalina, Ray most recently served as SVP, HR & Corporate Affairs, for Allegion, a $2 billion public company in the security space. At Allegion, he led strategy for all HR, communications, brand management and company reputation management matters, building a values-based culture focused on driving company growth through successful talent engagement and management.

Previously, Ray held VP-level roles in HR & communications for Ingersoll Rand across the industrial and construction sectors. He began his business career at General Electric, where he spent 10 years in a variety of leadership roles including compensation and benefits, recruiting and staffing, and human resource management within GE’s Aviation, Corporate, International and Energy divisions.

Ray began his leadership career with the U.S. Army after enlisting as an infantryman from high school, and enjoyed a successful 13-year Army career as a commissioned offer and helicopter test pilot.

His academic accomplishments include a master’s in global HR leadership from Rutgers University, and a bachelor’s of science in general engineering, leadership & organizational development from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
