Gerald Sokol Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Gerald “Jerry” Sokol Jr. joined Catalina as Chief Executive Officer in October 2018. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring Catalina’s long-term profitability, while driving innovation and dynamic growth for the organization and its customers.

Aaron brings more than 20 years of operating and consulting experience to his role as Catalina’s Chief Operating Officer.
EVP, Chief Global Retail Officer, President US Market
Tom brings more than thirty years of leadership and experience in the CPG and retail industries to his position as Catalina’s EVP, Chief Global Retail Officer and President of US Retail Market.
William is President of Catalina International, responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Catalina’s current international business and expansion efforts.
Shigeharu Hanazaki is President of Catalina Japan, responsible for all aspects of the company’s Japan business, including strategy, service innovation, operations, partnerships, and customer relationships with retailers, manufacturers and brands.
